Orders and formats

What formats are available?

All our varieties are sold in three formats: 6 seeds for €20, 100 seeds for €240 and 1,000 seeds for €1,200. The two larger formats are explained on the bulk seeds page.

Can I mix varieties in a large pack?

No: the 100- and 1,000-seed packs are a single variety each. If you want several genetics together, there are the Mix Packs, with 12 seeds from four varieties for €40.

Are the seeds feminized?

Yes, our seeds are 99.9% feminized. In the catalogue you’ll find photoperiod feminized, autoflowering, fast versions and CBD seeds.

Shipping

How long does an order take?

  • Spain: 3 to 5 days.
  • European Union: 2 to 3 weeks or more.
  • Latin America: 3 to 5 weeks or more.
  • Rest of the world: more than 3 weeks.

Orders are processed and dispatched the next business day. Delivery times depend on postal services, so we can’t guarantee them.

How much does shipping cost?

To mainland Spain and mainland Portugal, shipping is free from €30. Below that amount, it costs from €5 to mainland Spain and from €20 to mainland Portugal.

To the rest of the European Union the cost depends on the country and carrier, with free shipping from €60 or €100 depending on the destination. To the rest of the world we ship by air, with free shipping from €150.

Within the European Union there’s also an express option (24-72 business hours) in the countries where it’s available. The exact cost of each option is calculated with your address and shown in the cart before you confirm the order.

Is the package discreet?

Yes. It’s sent in a padded brown envelope, with no logos or any reference to the contents, as a registered letter through the official postal service. The letter is only delivered to the person named in the shipping details, with ID.

Can I track my order?

Yes. You’ll receive an email at each stage of the order: Completed, Processing and Shipped. In the last one we send you the tracking number and the link to track it.

Are there countries you don’t ship to?

No, we ship to any country. You can check the details in the shipping policy.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

Debit or credit card (Visa and MasterCard) and bank transfer or deposit. If you choose transfer, you’ll see our bank details when you finish the order; the order ships once we confirm payment, and verification from other banks can take 24 to 48 hours.

Can I pay by phone?

No. For data protection reasons we don’t take card details over the phone. With card payment, Trikoma Seeds never has access to your card details at any point.

How does the charge appear on my statement?

The charge is identified with the store’s name (Trikoma Seeds / trikomaseeds.com) or with that of the payment provider processing the transaction, for the total order amount in euros. It’s a one-off charge: there are no subscriptions, fees or automatic renewals. If you see a charge you don’t recognise, write to us at info@trikomaseeds.com with the date and amount and we’ll check it within 24 business hours.

How long does a refund take?

Refunds are made via the same payment method you used and are processed within 14 calendar days at most of us receiving your withdrawal notice. Once sent, your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Do the prices include VAT?

Yes. All prices are in euros and include applicable VAT. Shipping costs are shown in the cart before you confirm the order. For shipments outside the European Union, destination customs duties or import taxes may apply, and these are not included.

Product and storage

Are CBD seeds “THC-free”?

No. Our CBD varieties have an approximate 1:1 ratio: they contain CBD and also THC in similar proportions. We explain this in detail on the CBD seeds page.

How should seeds be stored?

Somewhere cool, dry and dark, in an airtight container at a stable temperature. Humidity and sudden temperature changes are what damage them the most.

What do the figures on the product page mean?

The genetics show the parent cross; the genotype, the indica/sativa split; the flowering time, the approximate days for that phase. These are catalogue figures to identify and compare varieties, not guarantees of results.

Legal

What are the seeds sold for?

Exclusively for collecting and genetic preservation. Germinating cannabis seeds is illegal in most countries, and Trikoma Seeds does not encourage germination or any unauthorised activity.

Can I buy from my country?

Rules on buying, holding and shipping cannabis seeds vary widely from country to country. It’s the buyer’s responsibility to check and comply with them before placing an order.

Is there a minimum age?

Yes. Access to the site and purchases are restricted to adults aged 18 or over.
