If you have a problem with a product that wasn’t solved by our technical support or sales department you can return it within 14 days.
You will have to contact our team via e-mail at email@example.com, please specify the name of the product and the reason of the return. We will answer your request within the next 3 working days and give you the instructions to formalize the return. The shipping cost will be deducted from the final amount to be refunded. We will pay for the return shipping cost if the reason of the return is due to a quality problem of the product.
The products shall be returned in the original package or similar package. We will not handle requests of returned products that were damaged due to inadequate packaging.
