Returns and right of withdrawal

1. Right of withdrawal

If you buy as a consumer, you may withdraw from your order without giving any reason within 14 calendar days of receiving the product.

To exercise this right, let us know before the deadline expires by writing to info@trikomaseeds.com. Please include your name, order number and the items you wish to return. We will reply with the return instructions.

Please do not send the parcel cash on delivery. We recommend using a method that provides proof of dispatch.

3. Condition of the products

Products must be returned undamaged and, where possible, in their original packaging and with any accessories or items included. The consumer is only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.

4. Return costs

The direct cost of returning the goods after withdrawal is borne by the customer. If the product received is incorrect, damaged or not as described, Trikoma Seeds will cover the reasonable cost of the return or provide a solution at no charge.

5. Refunds

Where withdrawal applies, we will refund all payments received, including the cost of standard delivery, using the same means of payment used for the purchase unless expressly agreed otherwise. The refund is issued without undue delay and at the latest within 14 calendar days of the withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you supply evidence of having sent them.

6. Incorrect, damaged or faulty products

Please contact info@trikomaseeds.com as soon as possible, giving your order number and attaching photographs where these are needed to assess the issue. This policy does not limit your statutory rights regarding warranty and conformity.

7. Model withdrawal wording

You may withdraw by sending the following text: “I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my purchase corresponding to order [number], received on [date]. Name: [full name]. Address: [address]. Date: [date].”
