Payment methods and security

At Trikoma Seeds you can pay for your order by bank transfer and, whenever the card gateway is active, by credit or debit card. The methods available at any given moment are shown on the checkout screen. All prices in the shop are expressed in euros (€) and include any applicable VAT. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed in the cart before you confirm the order: there are no hidden charges and no subscriptions, every purchase is a single payment.

Credit or debit card

When the card gateway is active we accept Visa and Mastercard, both credit and debit. The payment is made in a secure environment provided by the payment processor, with SSL encryption and strong cardholder authentication (3-D Secure) whenever the issuing bank requests it.

Trikoma Seeds never stores or has access to your card details. For that same reason we do not accept payments over the telephone and we never ask for bank details by email: if you receive a message claiming to be from us and asking for your full card number, it is not from us.

How the charge appears on your statement

The charge is identified on your bank statement with the name of the shop (Trikoma Seeds / trikomaseeds.com) or with that of the payment processor handling the transaction. The amount charged is the total you confirmed on the order, in euros. It is taken as a single charge at the time of purchase; we do not create recurring payments or automatic renewals.

If you see a charge you do not recognise, write to info@trikomaseeds.com stating the date and the amount and we will check it with you within a maximum of 24 working hours, before you have to raise it with your bank.

Bank transfer or deposit

If you choose this option you will see our bank details at the end of the order process and also in the confirmation email. We will prepare the shipment as soon as the funds are confirmed; depending on the sending bank, verification can take between 24 and 48 hours. Always quote the order number as the payment reference.

Invoicing, returns and refunds

We issue an invoice for every order; if you need it made out to a company, say so when placing the order or write to us. You can find the deadlines and conditions for returns and refunds in Returns and refunds, and delivery times and destinations in Delivery information.
