Maximum discretion

At TRIKOMA SEEDS we take your privacy very seriously, therefore we guarantee the utmost discretion of your shipment. Our team prepares every order discreetly so that it can be sent by mail with total security. All orders are packed in envelopes specially designed to eliminate the risk of damage and to keep their contents completely discreet.

We deliver to every country.

Shipping mode: Shipments are made through the official postal post office as a registered letter. Orders are processed and sent the next working day the order is made. The registered letter can only be delivered to the person with the name indicated in the data of reception of the shipment and the corresponding identification.

For reasons of legalities in different countries that are not members of the European community, we should only use the official postal mail and go to the different countries through that same means. The packages can also be tracked from the website of the official post offices in each country.

Shipments within Spain could take from 3 to 5 days, in countries of the European Union from 2 to 3 weeks or more, in countries not members of the European Union it may take more than 3 weeks. (We can not guarantee the delivery time because it depends on the post office). For Latin America, the delivery time is 3 to 5 weeks or more.

The product is sent in a brown envelope with bubble wrap, for safety, protection and discretion.

Please, make sure you give us the full, clear and correct shipping address in order to guarantee the arrival of the shipment. We will not be responsible for lost orders due to incorrect data.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a notification of every change in your order status, for this reason please make sure that you give us your complete, correct contact details, shipping information and an e-mail. As soon as the payment is been received, you will receive the first e-mail with the status “Completed”, then once your order has started to be prepared for the further shipment you will receive another e-mail with the status “Processing” and finally, once your order has been shipped you will receive an e-mail with the status “Shipped” and in the same e-mail you will have a tracking number and a link of the Spain post office to track shipments in the territory of Spain. For other countries, once the parcel has left the international office of origin, it should be tracked at the national post offices in the country of destination that you have indicated in your order.

SHIPPING COSTS:

Mainland Spain and mainland Portugal: free shipping on all orders from €30. Below that amount, standard shipping starts at €5 to mainland Spain and €20 to mainland Portugal.

Rest of the European Union: the cost depends on the destination country and the carrier you choose (ground or express). Shipping is free from €60 or from €100, depending on the destination.

Rest of the world: we ship by air. Shipping is free on orders from €150.

Express delivery (24-72 working hours) is also available for European Union countries where the service is offered. The exact shipping cost, the available carriers and the estimated delivery times are calculated from your address and shown in the basket and at checkout before you confirm the order. No charge is applied that you have not seen beforehand.

For destinations outside the European Union we use official postal mail or air freight, depending on the country; the applicable option is shown in the basket before payment. Customs duties, import taxes or handling fees may apply in the country of destination. These are payable by the customer and are not included in the total paid on this website.

Payments and how the charge appears

All prices are shown in euros (€) and include the applicable VAT. Shipping costs are calculated according to destination and shown in the basket before you confirm the order, so there are no hidden charges.

We accept Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards and bank transfer. Card payments are processed in the payment provider’s secure environment, with SSL encryption and strong customer authentication (3-D Secure) where your bank requires it. Trikoma Seeds never stores or has access to your card details, and we never take card details by telephone or email.

The charge appears on your bank statement under the name of the shop (Trikoma Seeds / trikomaseeds.com) or that of the payment provider handling the transaction, for the total amount you confirmed, in euros. It is a single charge taken at the time of purchase: there are no subscriptions, instalments or automatic renewals.

If you see a charge you do not recognise, write to info@trikomaseeds.com with the date and amount and we will check it with you within 24 working hours, before you need to raise it with your bank. Refunds are issued to the same means of payment; you can read the full conditions on our returns and refunds page.
